     Thank you for visiting our website. We shall effectively respond to all yours cleaning needs . We are expert at providing a wide variety of services for residential and commercial cleaning.

Q. What other services do you offer?

A. We also provide service in cleaning cellars, garages, offices, move in and move out specials and after party cleaning. 

Q. How much do you charge?

A.  Our charge depends on each individual home. For more information call us . But our initial cleaning usually include two workers

 Q. What if I only want a one-time cleaning?

A. We also charge an hourly rate for one time cleaning. This rate depends on how much time and how much work have to be done.

Q. Do you do windows?

A. We will clean the sliding glass doors inside and out (weather permitting). We will also clean inside and outside on other windows on request for an additional fee. 

 Q. Do you always send the same people?

A. We will send the same people once we know that you liked the way they cleaned and felt comfortable with them. However is not always guaranteed because an employee can always quit or get fired. 

Q. Can I trust the employees you send out to my home?

A.  Yes, you can trust them. Here at Quality Home Cleaning we screen all our employees and check their references. They are considered trust worthy people that we can rely on.

 Q. Do you provide references?

A. We do provide references upon request, but only after you have had an in home estimate and have decided to use Quality Home Cleaning for your home cleaning services.

 Q. Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?

A. Yes, we bring all our own products and equipment. 

 Q. What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning that was done?

A. We advise all of our clients to call the office and discuss their concerns with us. If something is missed or not done to your satisfaction we will take care of it free of charge.

 Q. Are your employees bonded and insured?

A.  Yes. Our employees are not independents or sub-contractors and are fully covered under our insurance.

 Q. If I  have pets,  do I need to keep them away while you are cleaning?

A.  No. But If you introduce your pet to our employees on your first time cleaning service, most likely the next time your pet will be familiar with them. You can also show them where are the animal treats so that they can give them to your pet and go about their business of cleaning your home. Most of us are animal friendly, so pets are no problem. 

Q. What happens if I can't be home during the time of my cleaning? Can I give you a key?

A.  Most of our clients are working people that just don't have enough time in the day to do everything. They will also appreciate coming home to a clean house. These customers work out arrangements based upon their individual situations. Most supply us with a key to their home. This key is numbered and kept in a lock box. There is nothing on the key that would let someone else know who's key it is. Others give us a code to enter through the garage. Some of our clients will let us know where they left the key if they will not be home. 

 Q. What happens if one of your employees gets injured in my home?

A. Since we are a legitimate cleaning service, all of our employees are covered under our Worker's Compensation insurance. Almost all homeowner's insurance policies do not cover workers who work on a regular basis that injure themselves in your home.

 Q. What should I do if something is broken while you are cleaning?

A. If something is broken while your home is being cleaned, our employees will leave you a note apologizing  and explaining briefly what happened and telling you to call the office. We will be more than happy to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

A.  Our Office  is located at 151 62nd Street West New York, NJ 07093.

 Q. How is payment for services rendered?

A. Services are paid for at the completion of the job. We accept check or cash or paypal online.
